CSR activities shall be carried out and primarily cater to the local areas and surroundings appurtenant to the place of operation of the Company, its factories and offices. As and when it is permitted the Company shall also be inclined towards implementing its CSR activities beyond its local reach.

The implementation of CSR activities shall be implemented in the following manner :

1. Through implementing partners /specialized agencies, the CSR Committee shall decide the minimum eligibility criteria of an implementing partner. The CSR Committee shall while decding the implementing agencies take into consideration the work to be done and the necessary qualities/ credentials required for executing the same.
2. By contributing to various funds which are aligned with CSR Policy, including but not limited to:
   1. Prime Minister's National Relief Fund
   2. Any other fund set up by the Central Government for:
      1. Socio-economic development and relief; and
      2. For the welfare of Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other Backward classes, minorities and women.
   3. Any other fund as may be set up or notified by the Central Government and added/ mentioned in Schedule VII of the Companies Act 2013.
   4. Collaborating or pooling resources with other companies to undertake aforesaid CSR activities.
   5. Wherever permitted by directly engaging in the CSR Activities
   6. Any other mode duly approved by the CSR committee.
3. The CSR Committee shall duly approve any other activities undertaken by the Company apart from those mentioned above.
